SECTION 21 – REFUND POLICY
At PopLight Design, LLC, we strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. However, due to the nature of digital products, we have specific policies regarding refunds.
21.1 Digital Products
All sales of digital products (including but not limited to WordPress themes, plugins, and templates) are final. Once the product has been downloaded or accessed, we are unable to offer a refund. We recommend checking the product description, features, and compatibility requirements carefully before making a purchase. If you encounter any issues with the product, please contact our support team at info@poplightdesign.com, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
21.2 Services
- Hourly Time: If you purchase hours from our website for work to be performed, then the sale is complete and final. We do not allow refunds on hourly time that is purchased upfront through our website.
- Theme Installation & Setup: We offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee on our Theme Installation & Setup service. If you are not satisfied with the service provided, you may request a refund within 7 days of the service completion. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
- Site Migration: We offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee on our Site Migration service. If you are not satisfied with the service provided, you may request a refund within 7 days of the service completion. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
21.3 How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us at info@poplightdesign.com with your order details and the reason for your request. We will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days. If approved, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
